		<description>I am the busiest mother of 3 that most people know.  By far.  I am finally taking time for myself and have lost 30 lbs. in 5 months because of it.  It&#039;s so true that planning makes such a huge difference.  HUGE!  I can say that I don&#039;t have time to cook WHAT I WANT TO EAT.  But if I do take the time to cook what I want...then I don&#039;t have time to do the dishes.  But I can live with that!  ;-)</description>

		<description>Don&#039;t give up!  The teacher can make or break the class.  I  recomend calling the studio and telling them exactly what you are looking for - Many times a staff is really diverse in order to offer something for everyone.  Some you love, some you hate :)

Also, it might help to try a restorative or yin yoga class to ease into a steady practice, although you might not feel like you are getting a cardio workout with these types of classes you&#039;ll see improvements in your other training such as weights and spin (plus yoga helps pull your muscles closer to your bones and joints - which helps protect knees, ankles, etc).

Also, side note - for your wrists, try placing both hands on foam blocks in down dog - it can help relieve the strain while you are building stamina in those muscles.

I&#039;m sorry you are having such a hard time finding a good class!  Good luck!</description>
